Staying with Villa Monarca Tuscany
Villa Monarca - Tuscany - is a luxurious holiday home exclusively available to guests seeking a private retreat. The villa and all its spaces are offered as a complete package for stays of either a 5-day minimum or a full week. Please note that the property is rented in its entirety, ensuring an undivided and personalized experience, rather than on a room-by-room basis.
Where You’ll Sleep
Villa Monarca has 8 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and safety deposit box, accommodating up to 16 guests. Air conditioning is present in all the bedrooms.
At the time of booking, we will ask your preference for the beds. Each room can be adapted as a double or twin room.
Property Details
On the ground floor, enter through two steps into a welcoming entry foyer. The living room features a cozy fireplace and opens onto a spacious, furnished patio, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent, the dining room offers direct access to the garden. The main kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, US-style coffee maker, and toaster, with a door leading to the garden.
This floor includes two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm each) that can be joined, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
Bedroom 2: Features a large bed (145 cm x 190 cm) and has access to a bathroom with a shower located on the lower level, accessible internally.
On the lower level, enjoy an air-conditioned billiard room that opens directly to the outdoors, offering a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. This level also features a bathroom with a shower for added convenience. Additionally, there is outdoor access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace serves as the centerpiece of this level. Bedrooms include:
Master Bedroom: A generously sized room with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a tub, and a hand shower.
Three Additional Bedrooms: Each room is furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined, and each has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The tower includes a charming bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined, complete with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The cottage has a cozy bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined, featuring doors that open onto the dining patio. The cottage also includes a bathroom with a shower.
For wheelchair users, we can place ramps to the ground floor entrance door into the kitchen and to the terrace on the back of the building. The cottage has no internal steps and the shower doors open completely.
